Support Mental Health in our Communities
Are you passionate about helping to improve mental health in your community? Do you have spare time to volunteer?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.
Our drop in centres for mental ill-health in Inverness and beyond receive no statutory funding, so volunteering is a lifeline to Centred. We are the leading mental health charity covering the Scottish Highlands and need your help.

Join our Board of Trustees
Do you want to play a strategic role in the future of Centred? Do you have legal, management or health care experience? Or perhaps you have lived experience of mental ill-health. Then we’d love to hear from you.
Previous Board of Trustees experience is not required, we only require a willingness to bring the skills that you have developed during your career to help the Board reach its objectives.
We are looking for people to help set the policy and strategic direction, targets and evaluate the performance of the organisation which is entering an exciting phase of growth.

Community Volunteers Inverness
Community volunteers help us spread the word about the great work that we do, and provide an extra pair of hands for our fundraising events.
Do you have some spare time to hand out leaflets to raise awareness of the valuable role Centred plays in our communities?
Could you help with our fundraising efforts at local events?
Could you find businesses in our community that would take a collection can?
Help us to find free locations for banners and posters.
