We’re here for you or someone you care about who may be struggling with mental health challenges, substance misuse, or addiction in the Scottish Highlands. You are not alone.
That’s why we provide expert advice and a range of person-centred support options to help individuals on their journey toward mental wellbeing.
Information and Advice
Finding the right information and support can be life-changing. Take the first step by exploring our Information and Advice section.
Drop In Support
Need someone to talk to? We’re here for you—face-to-face, with a warm welcome and no judgment. Our first-of-its-kind drop-in service in the Highlands is available in Inverness and Caithness. It’s free, informal, and far from clinical. All our peer support workers have lived experience, so they truly understand what you’re going through.
Wellness Walks
Getting outdoors and connecting with others can boost both mental and physical health. That’s why we run Clarity Walk, offering group or one-to-one walks for all abilities. These walks bring together people who feel isolated, lonely, or who are living with mental ill-health. They’re free and easy to book online.
Residential Recovery
While we aim to support people at home or through our drop-in centres, some need more intensive care. Our Recovery Centre in Inverness offers residential support and respite in a setting that feels nothing like a hospital. Residents have peace of mind knowing they can stay as long as needed to aid their recovery.
Community Support
Our dedicated community teams work across Inverness, Easter Ross, Caithness, and Lochaber, supporting over 300 people each month in their own homes. Together, we deliver more than 1,500 hours of support every week, tailored to individual needs.
Private Care and Support
Centred Plus is our bespoke care and support service, designed around your unique needs. We provide private mental health and home care services, ensuring you remain at the heart of every decision.
