Our Centred team works from offices in Inverness, Invergordon, Fort William, and Wick, supporting over 300 people living in their own homes with tailored mental health support. Every week, we deliver more than 1,500 hours of care across Inverness, Easter Ross, Lochaber, and Caithness.
Social Support
Living with mental ill-health can make everyday tasks challenging. Our trained staff provide practical help with:
- Maintaining a tenancy
- Managing finances
- Accessing specialist services
- Building social networks
- Finding employment
We also run therapeutic horticultural and forestry projects, proven to boost confidence, aid recovery, and help people reconnect with society through work and friendships.
Our work goes beyond practical support—we help prevent homelessness, reduce suicide risk, and support recovery from addiction, creating a foundation for healthy, active lives.
How to Access this Service
You’ll need a referral from your Community Mental Health Service. This support is funded by the Scottish Government. Speak to your doctor for more information.
You can also choose to fund your own support. Simply speak to one of our Service Managers, who will be happy to guide you through the options and help you get started.
Care at Home
For those who need extra help at home, our trained carers (or personal assistants) provide daily visits at agreed times, offering both practical support and a friendly face.
We can help with:
- Getting in and out of bed
- Bathing and dressing
- Eating and drinking

Dementia Care
Living with dementia can be challenging—not just for individuals, but for their families and carers. We provide flexible, person-centred support to help people stay safe, healthy, and happy at home, while giving carers a much-needed break.
Regular visits from someone familiar can reduce isolation and offer reassurance. Our care adapts as needs change, ensuring dignity and comfort remain at the heart of everything we do.

Days Out & Social Activities
While statutory funding covers essential care, we rely on donations and fundraising to provide social activities—like guided walks, get-togethers, BBQs, and parties—that help build confidence and social skills.
If you’d like to support these vital experiences, please consider donating. Every contribution makes a difference.
