JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager

SALARY: £28,899.00 – £32,221.80 per year
Our services are based in Inverness supporting those living in the community to live independent lives and also provides a Care at Home service.
We have an exciting opening for an Assistant Community Services Manager to join our team in Inverness.
JOB SUMMARY
As an Assistant Community Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred housing support, care at home, and community-based health and social care services. Working closely with the Community Services Manager, you’ll lead and support the team, ensuring that service users are empowered to achieve independence and well-being.
You will have the opportunity to manage services, support staff, and contribute to innovative service developments that maintain a sustainable and high-quality offering in the area.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual with the following attributes:
- Qualifications: SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, and a Management Personal Development Award (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: Direct experience in delivering community services including mental health support, housing support and Care at home services, staff management, and budget oversight.
- Skills: Strong leadership, report writing, IT proficiency, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Personal Qualities: Professional integrity, ability to manage stress, and a willingness to develop in your role.
- Circumstances: Full driving license and flexibility to undertake on-call, weekend, and evening work as needed.
