Caithness Support Service
Here at Centred, we help people throughout the Scottish Highlands including our Caithness support service which supports 134 people across the region.
Our lease for our current premises ran out in July and we have secured new premises at the Wellington Centre in Wick. The good news is the new place is larger with a great outdoor space which will allow us to maintain our current services and be able to support even more people in the Caithness area.
The bad news is we urgently need your help to assist with the cost or labour to help us refurbish the building to make it fit for purpose.
Our vital services include Care At Home that provides care and support to people in their own home together with helping those with learning disabilities and mental ill-health within our community. We are also offering a drop-in support service too, rolling out the success of our Discovery College in Inverness. This will allow people to drop in without a referral or cost to get help and support for mental health, substance abuse and addiction.
We are in real need of new toilets, a quiet room, a kitchen and much more. That’s why we’d like you to consider donating to our current campaign. Your donation would go towards providing permanent services for more people living with mental ill-health throughout the Caithness region.
Your donation could even be a donation of building supplies, trade labour or a raffle donation, whatever you can help with.
